Periscope AI answers questions from your live dashboard data: top posts, engagement trends, competitor gaps, and weekly recaps. Answers cite your posts and metrics, not generic social media advice. Periscope AI is on every plan. Periscope AI+ on Pro adds deeper insight generation.

Benchmark Scorecard scores reach, engagement, consistency, and competitive position against tracked rivals. Pillars are set during AI Setup. Pro includes AI competitor discovery and weekly progress you can share with stakeholders.

Basic covers dashboard stats, Ask AI, AI Setup, and core platform connections with one seat. Pro adds X, Benchmark Scorecard, AI competitor discovery, weekly email recaps, Periscope AI+ insights, and five seats. Enterprise adds Slack, webhooks, org API keys, PDF reports, audit log, and ten seats.

Yes. Change plan or billing interval from Settings → Organisation → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancel anytime. Your data stays in the workspace if you return later.

Yes. Choose annual billing on the Pricing page or at checkout. Annual plans bill once per year at a lower effective monthly rate than paying month to month.

Dashboards refresh when you open a page or tap Sync. Connected platforms pull recent posts and metrics on each sync. Date range filters on Overview and Posts control which period you see.

We request read-only access to analytics and posts for the accounts you authorise. We do not post on your behalf. You can disconnect any platform from Settings → Organisation → Connections.

Account and analytics data are stored securely for your organisation workspace. Only members you invite can view your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Yes. One organisation, shared connections, role-based access. Connect accounts once and everyone on the team sees the same live data. Seat limits depend on your plan. Add members from Settings → Organisation → Team.

Each Periscope organisation is one workspace with one set of connections. Agencies typically use one workspace per client brand. Contact us if you need help structuring access for your team.
